In this role, you will support daily operations within your assigned department—whether contributing to Front Office operations, F&B Service, Culinary preparations, or key Administrative functions. You will assist with day-to-day tasks, aid in team projects, and help maintain high operational standards. As a Hospitality Intern, you’re not just gaining hands-on professional experience—you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by helping deliver memorable experiences for our team and guests alike.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Daily Operations: Provide hands-on operational or administrative support to your assigned department (Front Office, F&B Service, Culinary, or Corporate).

  • Communication & Coordination: Assist with internal logs, guest communications, and team scheduling or briefings.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure department standards, documentation, and operational guidelines are kept up to brand standards.

  • Project Support: Help organize, execute, and track ongoing departmental initiatives and daily tasks.

  • Guest & Team Engagement: Act as a helpful point of contact, ensuring warm and reliable support for guests and team members alike.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a current student pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

  • Internship Duration: Must require a minimum of 600 internship hours as part of your academic curriculum.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

  • Adaptability: Quick to learn, highly adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

  • Mindset: Collaborative team player with a genuine passion for hospitality operations and service excellence.
