A winning ad could change the trajectory of a mobile game. The only way to consistently find winners is to explore more, faster, and smarter than anyone else.
Sett is a UA creative performance platform for mobile gaming. We build agentic AI systems that analyze performance data, generate diverse playable and video ad concepts, deploy them to ad networks, and continuously learn from the results. The full creative loop. Automated, and done better than humans only.
Our system doesn't remix templates. It creates fundamentally different creative hypotheses, each one built from real performance signals.
About the role
GTM Engineering didn't exist three years ago. Today it's one of the fastest-growing roles in B2B SaaS. Revenue teams have powerful tools (AI, automation, enrichment) and someone has to build the systems that make them work together.
The market version of this role feeds the funnel: routes leads, scores them, wires signals between tools. We're hiring for something bigger. You're a builder, closer to a founding product engineer for the revenue org. You build the internal products Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success run on.
Every build is product work. What's the problem, who has it, did they adopt the fix. You'll feel the difference between shipping something and shipping something people use.
Sett is an AI company, and our GTM function is AI-native to the core. You build with AI agents (Claude Code or a comparable tool) alongside some of the sharpest people in the industry who build at the frontier of agentic AI.
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack tools the revenue team actually adopts: dashboards, data pipelines, ops apps. Real product work, in production. Build fast with agents, then validate hard against the live system - not against what the model claims it did
- Own problems end-to-end. Nobody hands you a spec - you hear a real problem from a real person, decide if it’s worth building, and go. One of our most-used intel tools started as a one-sentence question from a team member
- Build sophisticated marketing tools that surface what’s driving the pipeline and let the marketing team produce 10x quality output
- Build internal sales tooling: post-call follow-ups, demo environments, research and enrichment pipelines, competitive battlecards, and pipeline data leadership can trust
- Own the partner operations platform: health reports that run themselves, and the onboarding, renewal, and expansion workflows that make growth easier to see
- Document what you ship and tie it to the bottleneck it removed and who adopted it
Requirements
Who is the ideal candidate?
- 3-5+ years building in GTM, RevOps, or a technical marketing, sales, or ops role in B2B SaaS - MUST
- AI-native, or hungry to be. Claude Code (or a comparable agentic tool) is your default. The job is directing agents through research, spec, build, and validate - MUST
- Technical chops. Comfortable with code, builds internal mini-apps with coding agents. You don’t need to be a senior engineer. You do need to build - MUST
- Product instinct. Starts from who has the problem and what it costs them. Judges the work by whether it got adopted
- Intellectually honest. Validates hard, flags a gap rather than fills it with a number you can’t source
- Systems thinker. Sees how Marketing, Sales, and CS connect, moves fast in ambiguity, and documents obsessively
- Low ego, strong opinions. Makes the case with data, and when the call goes the other way, commits
- A finisher. Live and used is the bar. Effort isn’t the score
Bonus Points
- You believe we are not alone in the universe
- You’ve built real internal tools with an AI coding agent - actual work, not a demo - and you can explain how you validated them
- You’ve built GTM infrastructure from scratch at a high-growth startup
- You know when no-code (Zapier, n8n) is the fastest path and when to write code instead
- You’ve shipped something, watched nobody use it, found out why, and built differently next time
- You know the mobile gaming or ad-tech world
