Accountabilities:

    • Own and lead the strategy for a large, globally distributed enterprise account, acting as the primary point of accountability and executive sponsor.
    • Develop and execute a multi-year account growth strategy focused on expanding market presence, identifying new opportunities, and increasing business impact.
    • Build and strengthen executive-level relationships across business, technology, and operations leadership teams to establish trust, credibility, and strategic alignment.
    • Lead virtual, cross-functional account teams by creating strong execution standards, accountability structures, and operating rhythms.
    • Navigate complex organizational structures, multiple buying centers, and competing priorities to accelerate decision-making and business outcomes.
    • Identify opportunities for growth across new workloads, business areas, and strategic initiatives while converting underdeveloped opportunities into measurable revenue impact.
    • Advocate for customer needs internally by influencing investments, product alignment, and executive engagement strategies.
    • Establish a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement while driving customer value and long-term success.
    • Requirements

      • 12+ years of experience successfully managing large, complex global enterprise accounts, preferably through periods of transformation, growth, or organizational change.
      • Proven ability to challenge existing strategies, influence stakeholders, and drive execution within highly matrixed organizations.
      • Strong business acumen and demonstrated credibility within the Media & Entertainment industry, including areas such as streaming, broadcast, studios, content operations, or digital platforms.
      • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers through strategic thinking, clear communication, and strong judgment.
      • Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority while maintaining accountability for business results.
      • Strong growth mindset, resilience, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and high-pressure environments.
      • Commitment to inclusive leadership, collaboration, and building strong organizational relationships.
      • Working knowledge of cloud technologies, data infrastructure, enterprise platforms, and modern technology ecosystems.
      • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic sales leadership skills.
