Accountabilities:

    The Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing campaign operations, supporting client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of partner initiatives. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.

    • Coordinate partner campaigns from content creation through publication, ensuring timelines and deliverables are successfully managed.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, external writers, analysts, and content creators to keep projects progressing efficiently.
    • Manage client feedback, coordinate revisions, and ensure campaigns meet agreed expectations and quality standards.
    • Track project timelines, proactively follow up on outstanding actions, and support timely campaign delivery.
    • Own and administer advertising platforms, ensuring campaigns, placements, configurations, and inventory are accurately managed.
    • Troubleshoot platform issues and act as a key contact for internal teams requiring operational support.
    • Maintain documentation, processes, and platform knowledge to support continuous improvement.
    • Prepare monthly campaign reports, analyze performance metrics, and create client-ready reporting materials.
    • Support post-campaign reviews, documentation, and performance analysis.
    • Assist with sales and partnership activities, including proposals, presentations, case studies, and marketing materials.
    • Provide operational and administrative support to help improve team efficiency and customer experience.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will have experience in client success, project coordination, marketing operations, or a similar role, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and processes are essential for success.

      • Experience in customer success, account management, campaign coordination, marketing operations, or related fields.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
      • Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
      • Familiarity with advertising platforms or the ability to quickly learn and manage new technologies.
      • Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, or marketing automation software is advantageous.
      • Experience with platforms such as Braze or similar solutions is a plus.
      • Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and collaborate effectively with global teams.
      • Interest in financial markets, investing, or digital products is beneficial but not required.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability when managing changing priorities.
