As a Sales Excellence Lead for Qatar, you will have an unparalleled 360-degree view of the business in Qatar. You will partner directly with the General Manager to drive critical business operations, while also collaborating closely with the Leadership Team to shape and execute the agenda for success. Your insights and influence will help steer strategy, optimize performance, and create impact across multiple business priorities. In this pivotal role, you enable the Country Leadership Team to proactively manage the business, identify and address risks early, and support sales teams in pursuing strategic opportunities and accurately reflecting business performance in tools and reporting systems. You will play an instrumental part in enabling operational excellence and elevating partnership between sales, enablement, and leadership. Join us to do meaningful work that changes the world and helps shape what’s next for everyone.ResponsibilitiesYou will define and drive predictable rhythm of the connection (RoC), and lead efforts to improve the RoC cadence across the region. You’ll guide sales and consumption strategies, and put in place prioritized sales plays.You will build relationships with sales, consumption, and support managers, and use data-driven insights to identify where coaching may be needed. You’ll drive the adoption of plans to create new habits among sales, consumptions, and support teams.You will drive the optimization and improvement of sales, consumption, and support team capabilities. You’ll also partner with leaders to remove sales and consumption roadblocks, increase customer face time, and enhance seller effectiveness.You will leverage and develop reporting and analytical capabilities to create data-based insights for sellers and managers. And you’ll drive efforts to ensure sales and consumption adhere to processes and standards, helping hold managers accountable when necessary.QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications8+ years experience with active participation in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related fieldOR equivalent experience.5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a related field.5+ years managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience.
