Accountabilities:

    As an Order Management Specialist, you will support the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of order management operations by maintaining reliable data and collaborating across teams. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Entering and maintaining sales orders accurately within ERP systems while ensuring alignment with CRM data and signed customer agreements.
    • Reviewing order details, including pricing, contract terms, product configurations, and billing schedules, to identify and resolve discrepancies.
    • Partnering with Revenue Operations and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution and strong data integrity across platforms.
    • Performing regular reconciliations between Salesforce and NetSuite to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Supporting invoicing and fulfillment activities by identifying issues that could impact billing accuracy or customer experience.
    • Investigating order process gaps and escalating issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.
    • Responding to internal requests regarding order status, contract information, and system data.
    • Contributing to documentation updates and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a systems-oriented professional with experience in order management, sales operations, or related business functions. You should have strong analytical abilities, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to collaborate with multiple teams. Key qualifications include:

      • 2–4 years of experience in order management, sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
      • Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or comparable business systems, with the ability to cross-reference and validate data between platforms.
      • Understanding of order-to-cash processes, including order entry, contract validation, invoicing, and fulfillment workflows.
      • Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and correct data inconsistencies.
      • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across different time zones.
      • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-moving environment.
      • Comfortable escalating operational issues and communicating updates with professionalism.
      • Experience in SaaS, media, advertising technology, or other technology-driven environments is a plus.
