MuleSoft, a Salesforce Company, is looking for a motivated, resourceful and results-driven marketer with a “can do” attitude and a growth mindset.
In this role, you will be responsible for the regional Marketing strategy and execution of Field Marketing activities for MuleSoft in South Region (Italy, Iberia, Middle East, EGM).
The role is perfect for the ambitious marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment, likes to challenge themselves and execute integrated marketing campaigns in tight collaboration with other key business functions.
As a key member of the International Marketing Team, your responsibilities include:
- Build and execute the regional marketing strategy for all countries in South
- Own Inbound Demand Generation, campaign results and new programs to help build and mature pipeline for South
- Represent Marketing in the MuleSoft South leadership team, and co-own the regional pipeline strategy with Sales Development and Sales (DemGen board)
- Execute marketing programs, including in-person and virtual events, webinars, direct mail, ABM, and 3rd party events
- Co-own the localization strategy for Italy, Spain and Portugal and content development in Italian, Spanish and Portuguese
- Partner with Salesforce EMEA South Core Marketing and develop highly effective joint GTM campaigns
- Build CIO & developer mindshare in South with targeted regional activities and events
- Monitoring efficacy, cost, and ROI of programs, presenting findings, and recommending enhancements to maximize growth potential. Make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns by evaluating pipeline status and health.
- Acting as the regional MuleSoft marketing liaison for the MuleSoft field teams
- Partner with customer success and customer marketing to source inspirational customer stories that align to MuleSoft’s Go To Market
- Support the broader International Marketing with cross-regional stretch projects
Must have skills
Bachelor level degree preferably with a Marketing, Communications or Business emphasis
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in high-tech sales or in a field facing role
Deep knowledge of Salesforce offering
Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM, Slack, Tableau, Google Workspace, Gemini.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must have the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels, conceptually and tactically.
Stakeholder management
Nice to have skills
Strong project management skills and an ability to develop and deliver campaigns and programs within a high-velocity environment
Ability to work independently against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy
Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and think through problems to come up with innovative solutions
Experience in successfully interfacing with external vendors and external marketing agencies
