Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Interventional Technologist, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, producing high-quality images for accurate diagnosis and treatment, operating complex equipment while ensuring patient safety.Every day you will interact with patients, explain procedures, position them correctly, and monitor their well-being. You will also maintain records, adhere to safety protocols, and collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal care.To be successful, you need exceptional technical proficiency, understanding of anatomy and imaging, and compassionate patient care.Set up of Interventional procedure according to physician preference, standards of care and hospital protocolEnsures exam order, work station system, equipment and patient is ready when physician arrivesMaintains competency in angiography/intervention suites, myelography/spine multipurpose room and intra-operative angiography equipmentMaintains competency in ancillary equipment such as injector, CO2 contrast set up, angio-jet, penumbra and other thrombectomy devicesAccurately and proficiently performs complex exams such as neuro embolizations, cerebral vascular attacks, litic/vasospasm infusions, TIPS, uterine fibroid embolizations, chemo embolizations, run-offs, CO2 angiograms, gamma knife and 3-D renderingAssists the physician and associates before and during procedures as requested  We are offering relocation and a $25k sign on bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements Job Requirements RequiredOther Completion of approved American College of Radiology Technologist Program and Three (3) years of experience as an interventional technologistMedical Radiographer: AZAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CT CPRBLS)Registered Technologist Radiography ARRTPreferredAssociates Other Academic degree of Associates or higher recognized by the ARRT and Vascular Interventional (VI) registry Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
