Overview
The AMEA Regional Operations Executive supports the execution of operational priorities across the AMEA client team. Working closely with regional, hub, and local market teams, the role helps drive operational excellence across media operations, biddable operations, reporting, data governance, finance operations, and hub management.
The role ensures workflows, processes, and deliverables are coordinated, tracked, and executed consistently, enabling markets to operate with greater efficiency, accountability, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Local and Regional Operational Execution
- Support the rollout and adoption of regional operational processes, tools, templates, and ways of working across AMEA markets.
- Maintain integrated trackers, action logs, and status reports to monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Gather and consolidate updates, operational challenges, and market feedback for regional leadership.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to drive consistency and operational effectiveness.
Media & Biddable Operations
- Coordinate campaign workflows from brief intake through planning, activation, QA, approvals, and delivery tracking.
- Support end-to-end coordination of biddable campaign briefs across Search, Social, Programmatic, Ad Serving and related activation workstreams.
- Ensure briefs and requests are complete and routed to the appropriate regional, hub, or local teams.
- Monitor campaign milestones, timelines, SLAs, and escalations across media and biddable workstreams.
- Support adherence to SOPs, governance standards, QA requirements, brand safety protocols, and operational documentation.
Reporting & Data Governance
- Coordinate reporting deliverables, dashboard updates, data submissions, and operational reporting across markets.
- Monitor data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance with global data standards, taxonomy, and naming conventions.
- Escalate reporting or governance issues and support resolution with relevant stakeholders.
Financial Operations
- Support regional value tracking, PO management, invoice tracking, and billing quality assurance activities.
- Maintain finance trackers and coordinate follow-up actions with Finance, operations teams, and local markets.
- Flag financial risks, approval delays, and billing issues for timely resolution.
Hub Standards Support
- Support adoption and utilization of approved hub services, including TAAG, Biddable Hub, and other regional delivery resources.
- Track compliance with operational, verification, viewability, fraud prevention, and brand safety standards.
- Ensure hub workflows, assignments, and delivery processes are consistently followed across markets.
Tools, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, playbooks, workflows, and project plans.
- Prepare regular updates on operational performance, risks, turnaround times, and service health.
- Support onboarding and training of new operations stakeholders and market contacts.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, media operations, biddable delivery, reporting operations, finance operations or a related marketing services role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple trackers, deadlines, requests and workstreams in a fast-paced regional environment.
- Working knowledge of digital media workflows, including brief intake, campaign setup, activation readiness, reporting, QA, approval and billing processes.
- Comfortable using project management, workflow, finance tracking and reporting tools such as Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards or equivalent platforms.
- Clear communicator who can coordinate across markets, hubs, finance, planning, activation and reporting teams with professionalism and follow-through.
