Accountabilities:

    In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management and continuous improvement of a global ServiceNow-based digital platform, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and alignment with enterprise objectives.

    • Oversee daily operations, support, and evolution of the enterprise digital platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security
    • Lead global technical teams responsible for ServiceNow configuration, development, support, and ongoing enhancements
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior leadership to identify, assess, and implement platform capabilities aligned with strategic goals
    • Ensure platform health through structured patching, upgrades, QA processes, and disciplined change management practices
    • Drive the design and optimization of workflows across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and related ServiceNow modules
    • Establish governance frameworks, operational playbooks, and continuous improvement methodologies to standardize platform operations
    • Manage integration of ServiceNow with enterprise systems and ensure scalable, reliable interoperability
    • Deliver performance reporting and operational insights to identify improvement opportunities and ensure process adherence
    • Requirements:

      This role requires deep ServiceNow expertise combined with strong technical leadership experience managing global teams and enterprise-scale platform operations.

      • Master’s degree in Management Information Systems or a related field
      • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including implementation, development, and configuration
      • Minimum 3 years of experience as an architect within ServiceNow or enterprise platform environments
      • Proven experience managing global delivery teams, including offshore and 24/7 operational support structures
      • Strong expertise across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and Domain Separation
      • Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and other ITSM or SaaS platforms
      • Strong technical proficiency in scripting (Glide, JavaScript) and ability to interpret developer code
      • Demonstrated experience designing scalable workflows, governance models, and operational playbooks
      • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in complex enterprise environments
      • Experience managing upgrades, module deployments, and platform modernization initiatives
