Shape how teams across the enterprise discover, trust, and use data—safely and at scale. Join a high-impact product leadership role where you will set strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable adoption across critical governance capabilities. Grow your career by partnering with business, engineering, and risk stakeholders while building modern, AI-enabled data products.

As a Product Director at JPMorgan Chase within the Chief Data and Analytics Office Data Governance team, you will define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap for data governance and artificial intelligence enabled data initiatives. You will partner with business leaders, technologists, and control partners to translate stakeholder needs into a prioritized roadmap and well-governed delivery outcomes. You will lead end-to-end product execution from discovery and requirements through production rollout and adoption, with clear measures of impact. You will apply strong technical depth in data modeling to guide design trade-offs and enable scalable, self-service data governance capabilities. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and pragmatic innovation across cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will build products that help users find, understand, and rely on data for analytics and artificial intelligence use cases while meeting privacy, protection, and auditability expectations. You will balance speed and innovation with disciplined governance, ensuring solutions are usable, interoperable, and consistently implemented across teams. Success requires influencing across diverse stakeholder groups, driving adoption through clear value propositions, and making investment decisions grounded in outcomes and controls. This role is suited for a product leader who can operate in ambiguity, set clear direction, and deliver at enterprise scale.

•    Hands-on with modern artificial intelligence builder tooling (Claude/Copilot/Cursor/GPT/others), and workflows, including setting standards for verification, testing, documentation, and responsible use
•    Experience delivering data governance or data management capabilities (for example: metadata, catalog, lineage, and data quality controls) at scale.
•    Demonstrated experience delivering artificial intelligence enabled product capabilities in a governed environment, translating model capabilities into safe, reliable, controlled user workflows.
