If you want to learn how an embedded banking product is built from the inside — not from theory — this is your place. 💥 What are we looking for?An intern to join EmbatOne's Banking team. We're not looking for someone to make coffee or handle filler tasks — we're going to throw you straight into the team's day-to-day, with real impact from day one.💥What will you do? Process automation & improvement: you'll identify bottlenecks in our banking operations and help design (and build) the automation that solves them. Banking strategy: you'll take part in the conversations that shape where EmbatOne is headed — not just executing, but having a voice. Direct link with GTM: you'll be the bridge between the Banking team and Go-to-Market, helping translate technical capabilities into value propositions for clients. Direct client contact: you'll support the activation and onboarding of real clients, seeing first-hand how a financial product is launched and adopted. High-level conversations with the Banking team: you'll sit at the same table as the senior team, with no filters or simplified versions. Objectives Month 1: understand EmbatOne's end-to-end operation and its integration with Airwallex, and get close to the Banking team's operational processes. Mid-internship (3 months): have identified and helped resolve at least one real operational bottleneck, and be actively participating in strategy and GTM conversations. End of internship (6 months): be a trusted member of the Banking team, with full visibility into the business and — (f it's a fit on both sides ) a potential offer to join full-time on the table. Requirements You're currently studying (or have just finished) a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or similar. You're interested in fintech, banking or payments — no prior experience needed, but genuine curiosity is a must. You're resourceful: if something's broken, you'd rather fix it than report it and wait. Strong Spanish & English (we work with international clients). We'd also love it if you bring: Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills. Some knowledge of SQL or automation (not a dealbreaker).
