  • Provide forward-looking insights that support informed decision-making and effective resource allocation.

Financial Performance Management:

  • Monitor and analyze monthly financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers of variances, emerging trends, and potential risks or opportunities.

  • Deliver clear, actionable insights that enable leadership teams to understand financial performance and take appropriate action to achieve business objectives.

  • Maintain ownership and accountability for the financial health of assigned portfolios.

Executive Reporting & Business Partnership:

  • Prepare and present executive-level financial reporting packages and performance reviews for Vice Presidents and senior leadership teams.

  • Translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights that support strategic discussions and decision-making.

  • Build strong relationships across the organization and establish yourself as a trusted financial advisor to key stakeholders.

Financial Governance & Controls:

  • Ensure financial results are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.

  • Perform rigorous review and validation of financial transactions and oversee critical month-end activities, including accruals, deferrals, and cost reallocations.

  • Support effective financial stewardship through strong governance and risk management practices.

Strategic Analysis & Special Projects:

  • Lead ad hoc financial analyses and business initiatives, including business case reviews, investment assessments, organizational restructures, and reporting enhancements.

  • Evaluate financial impacts of strategic decisions and provide recommendations that support business objectives and financial sustainability.

  • Contribute to initiatives that improve financial transparency, operational effectiveness, and decision support capabilities.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

  • Champion automation, process simplification, and reporting enhancements to increase efficiency, improve insight generation, and reduce reporting cycle times.

  • Leverage data and technology to modernize financial processes and deliver greater value to stakeholders.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Finance team.

  • Develop executive presence through regular engagement with Vice Presidents and senior leadership teams.

  • Build a strong foundation for future career progression within Finance, Technology, or broader enterprise leadership roles.

  • This position offers a unique blend of financial stewardship, strategic partnership, and executive engagement, making it an ideal opportunity for a high-performing finance professional looking to broaden their impact and accelerate their career growth.
