Accountabilities:

    As an Associate Account Executive, you will be responsible for expanding financial institution partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and managing a sales territory with a strong focus on revenue growth and client success.

    • Build and develop a portfolio of financial institution relationships within an assigned territory.
    • Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, outreach, networking, and market development strategies.
    • Identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients into active revenue-generating relationships.
    • Manage the complete sales process, including lead generation, relationship development, negotiations, and deal execution.
    • Develop strong knowledge of financial products, solutions, and market positioning to effectively advise clients.
    • Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while prioritizing high-value opportunities.
    • Establish trusted partnerships with banking clients through consistent communication and value-driven engagement.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and strong customer outcomes.
    • Represent the organization at industry conferences, association events, and client meetings.
    • Monitor territory performance and implement strategies to maximize growth opportunities.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a competitive financial services environment.

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
      • Experience in business development, new business sales, account management, or financial services is highly preferred.
      • Proven ability to build sales pipelines, prospect effectively, and convert opportunities into revenue.
      • Strong track record of achieving sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship management.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to manage a territory independently while prioritizing multiple opportunities and client needs.
      • Strong organizational skills and discipline in managing sales activity, forecasting, and customer relationships.
      • Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
      • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory, including occasional industry events and client meetings.
