Accountabilities:
- Act as the CyberArk PAM Subject Matter Expert, providing senior-level guidance on architecture, configuration, troubleshooting, and platform strategy.
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-scale CyberArk environments including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM).
- Ensure platform health, availability, scalability, and security, including disaster recovery readiness and operational excellence.
- Define and enforce privileged access standards, security guardrails, and architectural patterns aligned with Zero Trust principles.
- Lead integration of CyberArk with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, databases, OS environments, and DevSecOps pipelines.
- Develop and maintain custom CPM plugins and PSM connectors using scripting, CLI tools, and CyberArk utilities.
- Drive automation of privileged access workflows such as onboarding, credential rotation, and access approvals to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes for complex production security incidents.
- Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes, ensuring risk-based decision-making and compliance adherence.
- Support audit, risk, and compliance activities, including remediation of PAM-related findings and documentation of controls.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving platform maturity, operational excellence, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to present PAM strategies, improvements, and security risks to both technical and business audiences.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience working with CyberArk in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in CyberArk components including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM).
- Proven experience in designing and developing custom CPM plugins and PSM connectors using CyberArk tools and scripting.
- Strong understanding of privileged access management, credential security, session management, and Zero Trust architecture.
- Experience integrating CyberArk with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, Agile, and ITIL-based operational environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex, high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred certifications: CyberArk, CISSP, and ITIL 4 Foundation.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
