WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work with in-country Marketing and Commercial teams, as well as Global City Marketing, Global Brand Management, and Global Brand Creative teams to execute cohesive and impactful brand strategies.

The ideal candidate is a strong marketing leader with deep understanding of the Converse ecosystem, youth culture, and creator/consumer behavior. They bring excellent communication and relationship skills, along with strong budget and project management capabilities and the ability to connect with marketplace partners through a cultural lens.
Management & team leadership
Understanding of Converse ecosystem, creator/consumer trends & behavior
Deep understanding of the Paris cultural landscape, including youth culture, fashion, music, and community touchpoints
Strong knowledge of the Paris streetwear scene and the ability to identify and engage relevant creators, communities, and cultural partners
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop a long-term brand vision while translating strategy into impactful local marketplace execution
Understanding of marketplace partners & segments with cultural connection
Strong budget and project management skills
Excellent communication, relationship, and presentation skills
Fluent in French and English, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate across local and global teams
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead country-level marketing strategies, translating global brand direction into impactful local execution to drive consumer engagement, brand heat, and business growth in the French marketplace.
Lead end-to-end seasonal planning to create brand impact and energize key stories
Drive engagement with local communities and sub-cultures to build energy on the ground
Leverage a deep understanding of the Paris marketplace, streetwear ecosystem, and cultural landscape to identify opportunities that strengthen Converse's relevance and connection with local consumers
Drive cross-functional connectivity across country and global teams to build holistic marketing plans
Own country marketing reporting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
Create city-led brand and product marketplace moments, programs, and partnerships
Translate and execute global brand stories into local seasonal strategies
Lead development of hyper-local content and storytelling based on global concepts
Own marketing initiative reporting to optimize future strategies
Deliver consumer and creator insights to inform opportunities and trends
Ensure execution of seasonal gameplans with global and commercial stakeholders
Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team
