Field Service Lead Technician
Role responsibilities
The Field Service Lead Technician will communicate with service teams to determine work schedules, train and monitor technicians, and ensure safety practices are followed. They will also travel to customer locations to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair lift trucks.
Requirements
Candidates should have 2-4 years of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license and good mechanical and electrical skills are preferred, along with a technical degree and knowledge of testing equipment.
