The Senior PCC is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients. This position balances a complex daily workload, with multiple conflicting priorities, while providing superior customer service. A Senior PCC will perform all duties in a way which promotes team concept and reflects the entity's mission and values.

Required Qualifications:
3 years Medical office or related healthcare experience OR 2 years as a Providence employee in a Journey PCC position. Participation in 2 champion roles or 1 champion role, and a committee or council.
