Oracle Financing (OFD) provides financing, leasing and custom payment solutions to customers acquiring Oracle products and solutions from Oracle or a distribution partner. Established in 1989, Oracle Financing has over 7,000 customers, provides coverage in over 50 countries and provides solutions to customers of all sizes.
Oracle Financing’s Sales group is responsible for executing OFD’s initiatives for the Oracle product teams (Tech, Apps, OCS, Oracle Digital, etc.). This individual will work with Oracle sales representatives to expertly position outcome based financial solutions with Oracle’s customers. The person will be required to manage transactions from origination through to pricing, structuring and booking, and additional responsibilities will include training sales on Oracle Financing’s product offerings and executing OFD’s marketing campaigns. This position requires excellent negotiation, telephone, face-to-face and presentation skills.
- Integrate into Oracle’s sales teams, partnering with sales representatives to enable, accelerate and grow Oracle sales through OFD structuring of financial solutions that meet customers’ commercial requirements and investment objectives.
- Help drive deals across OCI, SaaS, on-premises software, hardware and services
- Have a good understanding of financial knowledge and cloud economics, able to develop business value and present commercial structures to senior business executives to facilitate customer investment in Oracle technology, including expansion and renewal of cloud services.
- Provide training to Oracle’s and partner’s sales on OFD’s product offerings and best practice, and how best to utilize them in various sales situations.
- Collaborate with OFD Marketing in the visualization, planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Build relationships with OFD customer base and new customers and partners
- Meet assigned OFD ASEAN volume and target penetration goals
What You'll Need
- Over 10 years of sales experience in enterprise technology, financial services, consulting firm with customer facing role and solution selling
- Proactive and goal-oriented in hunter selling to build pipes and close deals to achieve business targets
- Strong analytical skills (e.g. prepare pricing, financial models and ROI analysis) with a demonstrated background in finance to customize payment solutions and commercial structures
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, proven ability to sell to executive-level
- Able to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-moving sales environment and work under pressure
- Proficiency at building and engaging internal and external relationships
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Work with various stakeholders (e.g. Credit, Operation, Legal, Revenue Recognition, etc.) to ensure that proposed solutions are practical and compliant.
- Experience working in a team setting but also able to work independently
- Solid sales experience in Cloud/SaaS solution selling a plus, with a good understanding of customer buying triggers, commercial objections and deal dynamics in the cloud transformation journey
- Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics from an accredited university
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and local Tagalog language. Additional language ability to support ASEAN market a plus.
