Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement annual corporate growth strategies aligned with revenue objectives and partnership priorities.
- Identify, research, qualify, and engage prospective corporate partners through targeted outreach and relationship-building activities.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential partners, including prospecting, discovery meetings, proposal development, negotiations, and closing activities.
- Secure new corporate partnerships that generate significant unrestricted revenue and create long-term organizational value.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with prospective partners and collaborate with senior leaders to advance strategic opportunities.
- Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and industry engagements to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Ensure smooth transitions of newly acquired partners into ongoing relationship management and stewardship processes.
- Track pipeline performance, conversion metrics, revenue forecasts, and sales cycle progress to optimize growth outcomes.
- Partner with marketing, communications, and business development teams to support lead generation and prospect engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities and ensure consistent partner experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 7–10+ years of experience in business development, corporate fundraising, strategic partnerships, sales, or related fields.
- Proven success securing high-value corporate partnerships or achieving comparable revenue growth outcomes.
- Strong experience developing outbound prospecting strategies and building new business pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, forecast revenue, and track conversion performance.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build internal and external networks.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, resourceful, and capable of managing priorities independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with consultative sales methodologies is preferred.
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising, corporate partnerships, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
- Experience scaling outbound sales strategies or leading growth initiatives is advantageous.
- Competitive starting salary of approximately $115,000.
