Accountabilities:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Software Implementation Consultants through mentoring, performance management, hiring, onboarding, and career development.
- Establishing strong team rhythms through regular one-on-ones, coaching conversations, and continuous feedback to support employee engagement and accountability.
- Overseeing customer implementation engagements to ensure high-quality delivery, successful outcomes, and strong customer satisfaction.
- Managing delivery risks, customer escalations, and project challenges by identifying solutions and providing clear recommendations.
- Monitoring operational performance through KPIs, OKRs, utilization metrics, capacity planning, and forecasting.
- Improving team efficiency by optimizing workflows, prioritizing high-value activities, and empowering consultants to make customer-focused decisions.
- Driving improvements to consulting methodologies, governance processes, delivery standards, and best practices to support scalability.
- Partnering with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Technical Services, Project Management, and Solution Design teams to improve product adoption and customer outcomes.
- Supporting strategic initiatives that enhance customer growth, implementation success, and overall service delivery.
- Identifying opportunities to integrate AI-enabled tools and automation into consulting workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Developing business cases for AI adoption while ensuring alignment with governance standards and responsible technology practices.
- Building a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and customer success across the consulting organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Healthcare Technology, Healthcare Consulting, Software Implementation, or similar customer-facing delivery roles.
- 2+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing teams with demonstrated leadership success.
- Experience managing complex customer engagements, stakeholder relationships, project risks, and escalations.
- Strong project management, operational planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to establish KPIs, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Experience applying AI or automation tools to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, or team performance.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience leading consulting teams within a SaaS healthcare technology environment.
- PMP, Prosci, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
- Experience supporting healthcare solutions related to payers, providers, value-based care, population health, or care coordination.
- Clinical background with experience in healthcare environments such as nursing, therapy, social work, pharmacy, care management, clinical operations, or related fields.
- Experience applying clinical workflows and healthcare best practices to technology adoption and implementation.
- Experience establishing AI governance practices or enabling teams to adopt AI-driven ways of working.
- Competitive base salary range of $140,000 - $155,000 USD, plus bonus opportunities and benefits.
