Senior Patient Services Specialist - Lytle Center

The Senior Patient Services Specialist is responsible for day-to-day functions of the Swedish Lytle Center clinic and resources.

Responsibilities include scheduling clinic visits, scheduling Birth and Family education classes, answering phones, taking payment, preparing class rosters and ordering supplies.

This position is also responsible for the functions of the breast-pump rental service including rental, inventory tracking, cleaning, training and distribution of a large supply of hospital grade breast-pumps and assists with the associated breastfeeding retail sales.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in an office setting using computers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Coursework/Training: College experience.
  • Experience interacting with hospital patients.
