Key Responsibilities:
- Support of internal IT infrastructure as an L3 engineer.
- Investigation, resolution, and documentation of incidents.
- Deployment of new and maintenance of existing corporate cloud services (payments, policy management, data backup, etc.).
- Deployment of new and maintenance of existing corporate on-premises services (backup, services, monitoring, logging, metrics, etc.);
- On-call duties (shifts).
Requirements
- Experience working with Linux-based operating systems (we use Ubuntu Server);
- Experience in deploying and administering web services (proxying, ensuring high availability, etc.);
- Experience with monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, etc;
- Experience with web servers (Apache/Nginx);
- Experience working with Docker;
- Familiarity with cloud workspaces (policies, API, SAML, SCIM, etc.);
- Experience with cloud workspaces such as Google Workspace, Yandex 360, etc. (federations, SSO, policy and object management);
- Python;
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
Will be a plus if you have experience with:
- Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, Selectel, Yandex.Cloud, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of computer networking technologies.
