Role responsibilities
The Chief of Staff is responsible for managing the hospital to ensure high-quality veterinary care and exceptional client service. This role includes leadership duties and practicing veterinarian responsibilities, with a focus on team engagement and productivity.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree and a veterinary license in good standing. A minimum of two years of clinical experience and 1-3 years of coaching and developing associate doctors is required.
