The trainer will be responsible for Manage the Training Program to ensure that the training methods are correctly and effectively implemented by the team of Production operators to achieve the quality of the products produced, the production yield and the timeliness of the deliveries.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Create and execute training plan according to learning curve of the operation.
Develop and deploy tools and methodologies such as learning curves, checklist, MSA and others as is required.
Assist on report on Safety Conditions.
Follow-up trainee performance development until his/her certification.
Perform practical evaluations/assessments as required per operation.
Assist on training resources, material, and tracking key training metrics.
Assist on problem solving/Kaizen events to improve operation processes.
Identify and implement training cost reduction opportunities.
Provide collaboration on innovative ideas that improve key training metrics.
Guide and coach other trainers on the job role.
Provide support in the hiring process and the “On Boarding” activities.
Provide support in dexterity tests during the hiring process.
Provide support in collaboration of Change Documentation Process as is required.
Assist in the flexibility process (for production and yourself).
Follow the leader's or supervisor's or manager’s instructions.
Perform additional duties or assignments as required by management.

Effective training skills for adults (needs-based approach to support different learning styles, interactive methods to reinforce understanding, break down complex topics into practical steps, motivation strategies).
High patience and emotional intelligence to handle for example: frustration or inappropriate aptitude.

Communication skills mainly in an assertive way.
Teamwork, great command of following instructions and share with the personnel.
Knowledge of the Windows package (mainly in Excel, Word and Outlook).
Ability to communicate the impact of the job on the performance of the product based on regulatory knowledge.
Ability to influence and negotiation.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in manufacturing process.
Demonstrated basic computer skills
Train the trainer certification (desirable)
Education:
9th grade of Secondary Education or bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education
