What you will do:
As Estimator, you will Works with sales team and buyers to develop and manage new or expanded performance guarantees of the implemented/deployed product. Oversees the work of assigned resources for small projects. Works with sales team and buyers to develop and prepare Turnkey Tenders pricing proposals.
How You Will Do It:
- Hands-on experience working in Mechanical, HVAC, cleanroom projects in industrial domain. Semiconductor, pharma, data center background would be a plus.
- Understand the tender scope of work and measuring and taking off quantities from drawings, preparing bills of quantities, and estimating Tender costs- Unit rate and Lump sum.
- Create pricing benchmark and standardize pricing format.
- Preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and recommend suitable contractors for HVAC, Mechanical, Pipe works,
- Prepare proposals price forms for submission
- Prepare commercial qualification
- Manpower loading preparation
- Prepare cash-flow sheets
- Commercial Risk and opportunity
- EPC contractual terms understanding
- Attend commercial negotiation meeting with customer and subcontractors
What We Look For:
- Degree / Diploma with minimum 5 years working experience in Mechanical, HVAC, Industry
- Strong commercial and financial risk management skills.
- A proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale commercial projects successfully.
- Exceptional ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
