Accountabilities:

    • Support day-to-day Revenue Operations workflows across CRM systems, marketing platforms, partner operations, and renewal processes.
    • Maintain high-quality CRM data by assisting with account management, duplicate resolution, hierarchy updates, and general data hygiene initiatives.
    • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track pipeline health, campaign performance, partner activity, renewals, and key operational metrics.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Partner teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth process execution.
    • Assist in documenting operational processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
    • Support ongoing projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue operations systems and workflows.
    • Requirements:

      • 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Operations, Business Operations, or related fields (internships included).
      • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
      • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable data.
      • Experience using spreadsheets, reporting tools, or business systems to analyze and organize data.
      • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
      • Exposure to marketing automation tools, partner operations, or customer lifecycle processes is a plus.
      • Familiarity with Salesforce Trailhead or certification is a nice-to-have advantage.
