You are the client's main point of contact. You instil confidence, manage expectations, navigate complexity, and make sure things get done. Fast-paced, high-stakes, and deeply client-facing. What You'll Do: Drive concurrent client projects from kickoff to go-live Be the primary client contact: build trust, manage expectations, deliver difficult news when needed, and hold the line when it matters Identify and get ahead of risks before they become problems Collaborate across Product, Design, QA, and Implementation to keep delivery moving What You Bring: Cape Town-based  Relevant bachelor's degree or BTech (Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering) 5+ years of client-facing project management, delivering to external enterprise-level clients Proven project delivery in SaaS, digital, or cloud environments Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously Jira, Confluence, MS Office proficiency The ability to be warm, trusted, and firm — sometimes all in the same conversation Bonus points for asset or wealth management exposure, a consulting background, or a PM certification.
