Accountabilities

    The New Business Account Executive will be responsible for generating new revenue opportunities, building a qualified sales pipeline, and acquiring new customers through strategic and consultative sales approaches. Key responsibilities include:

    • Own and achieve new business annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets within the assigned territory.
    • Prospect, qualify, and develop new customer opportunities through outbound activities, referrals, events, campaigns, and account-based selling strategies.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate CRM activity tracking, opportunity management, and forecasting.
    • Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand customer challenges, operational priorities, decision-making processes, and business objectives.
    • Present SaaS solutions, proposals, and business cases tailored to dealership leaders and executive stakeholders.
    • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and coordinate internal teams including sales leadership, product specialists, pre-sales, marketing, and customer success.
    • Negotiate commercial terms and pricing structures to create successful outcomes for both customers and the business.
    • Develop strong relationships with prospective customers and establish credibility as a trusted technology advisor.
    • Maintain market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
    • Drive territory development by engaging automotive retail organizations and key decision-makers.
    • Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM discipline, and consistent opportunity progression.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales strategies, processes, and market approaches.
    • Requirements

      The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a proven ability to acquire new customers, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver consistent revenue growth. Required qualifications include:

      • 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within SaaS, enterprise software, cloud technology, or related industries.
      • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and successfully acquiring new logo customers.
      • Demonstrated experience selling ARR-based software solutions from prospecting through contract closure.
      • Strong pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and sales process management skills.
      • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving executive decision-makers.
      • Strong consultative selling approach focused on customer outcomes rather than product features.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
      • Confident executive presence with the ability to communicate business value effectively.
      • Self-motivated, organized, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
      • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
      • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings, industry events, and territory development.
      • Experience in automotive retail, dealership technology, OEM solutions, dealer management systems (DMS), CRM, digital retailing, or related markets is a strong advantage.
