Why This Role Matters
As a Billing & Care Intern, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Billing & Care team by assisting with administrative and operational activities across customer care, billing, and master data processes. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment, allowing you to build practical business knowledge while contributing to operational efficiency through standardized processes and collaboration with multiple teams.
What You'll Do
• Support the processing of Quality Management (QM) customer care requests, including Standard Returns, Refusal, and Mixed Shipment allocations, following established procedures and documentation.
• Assist with maintaining pricing data and handling billing-related exceptions by updating trackers and preparing inputs for reports using existing templates.
• Provide operational support for GDTO activities, including billing block management, customer master data updates, and routine email handling.
• Prepare and validate data for customer master processes, performing consistency checks and ensuring data accuracy according to defined business rules.
• Maintain databases and operational records by entering, updating, and verifying information in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operational activities while gaining exposure to different business functions and processes.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time, following structured procedures and contributing to the team's operational stability and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
• Good communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Outlook and SharePoint is considered an advantage.
• Ability to follow structured procedures and work accurately with data.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
• Motivated to learn, adaptable to new challenges, and eager to gain experience in an international corporate environment.
