Accountabilities:

    As a Field Electronics Technician, you will provide technical assistance to customers by performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on industrial electronic equipment. You will act as a trusted technical partner, ensuring high-quality service delivery and helping customers maintain efficient operations.

    • Perform technical visits and on-site support for key customer accounts.
    • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electronic equipment.
    • Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement effective technical solutions.
    • Travel to different customer locations and operational sites according to business needs.
    • Use company-provided transportation for field service activities.
    • Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering responsive, professional, and high-quality support.
    • Ensure service activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to operational standards.
    • Contribute to regional performance through timely problem resolution and excellent customer service.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a technically skilled professional with experience or strong interest in electronics, industrial environments, and customer-facing technical support. The role requires adaptability, responsibility, and a willingness to continuously develop technical expertise.

      • Technical degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
      • Valid category B driver’s license.
      • Availability for frequent travel and field-based activities.
      • Flexibility to adapt to different schedules, locations, and customer requirements.
      • Ability to work in Recife/PE or the surrounding metropolitan region.
      • Interest in technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service activities.
      • Experience with industrial electronic equipment maintenance is a plus.
      • Previous field service experience or exposure to industrial environments is advantageous.
      • Basic English knowledge is considered a plus.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency.
      • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Organized, responsible, and customer-focused mindset.
