About the Role

 

The candidate will be responsible for supporting a critical payments-related operations process by reviewing partner-submitted documents, validating key information, and ensuring account update requests are handled accurately, securely, and within defined timelines.

 

This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work with sensitive information while following established quality, compliance, and risk-control guidelines. The candidate will help ensure that requests are processed correctly, potential discrepancies are identified, and cases requiring additional review are routed through the appropriate internal process.

 

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a target-based environment, managing multiple cases, maintaining high accuracy, and contributing to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

 

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----

  1. Review and validate partner-submitted documents as part of a secure account information update process.
  2. Ensure requests are processed accurately, confidentially, and within agreed turnaround times.
  3. Perform necessary checks to identify incomplete, mismatched, or potentially risky submissions.
  4. Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines while handling sensitive information.
  5. Take appropriate action on cases based on document validity, account status, and process requirements.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams for clarifications, approvals, or escalations when required.
  7. Maintain high productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced operations environment.
  8. Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and improvement opportunities to support better efficiency and risk control.
  9. Demonstrate ownership, independent decision-making, and the ability to manage daily responsibilities effectively.



---- Basic Qualifications ----

  1. Clear communication: You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate useful insights
  2. Exploration: The ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role. Self-starter demeanor is a must!
  3. Attention to detail with swift execution: We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength
  4. Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, Excel skills, and ability to make independent decisions
  5. Willingness to work in shifts (rotating day/night shifts, rotating weekend offs).



---- Preferred Qualifications ----

  1. A bachelor's degree from any field is preferred
  2. Work experience in customer-centric industries is preferred
  3. Extensive experience dealing with different markets (countries) and having a good understanding of cultural differences is preferred.
