About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Deal Desk Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product, supporting all commercial activities from deal structuring and pricing to contract creation, review, and approval. You will work on complex, high-value SaaS transactions for both customers and prospects, playing a direct role in accelerating revenue while ensuring deals align to company policies and external regulatory requirements. This is an individual contributor role, sometimes referred to as bid management.
What You’ll Do
Support commercial activities across deal structuring, pricing, contract creation, and approvals for customers and prospects.
Draft, modify, and finalize contracts for new and add-on business, reviewing terms for accuracy and alignment with company standards.
Partner with Account Executives, Sales Development, and Account Management to provide quoting support using CPQ and CRM tools.
Own the deal approval workflow: route requests, track status, and coordinate timely turnaround from Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
Evaluate deal economics (discounting, multi-year commitments, custom payment terms, bundled pricing) for compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day deal and contract queries from Sales, Sales Development, and Account Management.
Resolve deal-related issues through research and consultation with internal teams, identifying the right tools and resources.
May support the Sales Enablement team with deal-related training, resources, and process guidance.
Maintain accurate deal and contract records in Salesforce across opportunities, quotes, and contracts.
Partner with Revenue Operations to improve deal desk processes, approval workflows, and quoting tools.
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including deal reviews and pipeline reporting.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or a related analytical role at a SaaS company.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription pricing, ARR/MRR metrics, and revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 familiarity a plus).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM; familiarity with CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Apttus, or similar) strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure, especially during quarter-end crunch periods.
Exceptional attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented mindset.
Strong cross-functional communication skills comfortable working with Sales, Finance, Legal, and executive stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling and deal analysis; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to exercise sound judgment on deal exceptions and escalate appropriately when needed.
Nice to Have
Experience with enterprise SaaS deals, including multi-product or platform bundling.
Exposure to contract redlining or legal review processes.
Background in financial analysis, deal structuring, or pricing strategy.
