Wind energy is central to this mission, and the reliability of every blade matters.   We are looking for a Technical Expert in Wind Turbine Blade Maintenance to join our Global Maintenance Services team in India. In this role, you will be the go-to specialist for blade integrity, combining deep field expertise with cutting-edge diagnostics to keep our wind fleet running safely and efficiently.   What You'll Do   - Lead blade inspection campaigns, damage assessments, and hands-on repair activities across operational wind farms in the AMEA region. - Perform complex blade repairs including surface restoration, leading-edge protection, crack sealing, and composite patching while ensuring OEM compliance. - Conduct detailed Root Cause Analyses for blade failures, erosion, delamination, and lightning damage, and challenge OEMs with evidence-based findings. - Detect early blade failures using site observations, drone imagery, ultrasonic testing, thermographic scans, and condition monitoring data. - Provide immediate technical support to site teams during blade interventions,...
