Per diem Social Worker - provides psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and care coordination for patients across multiple hospital settings, including the Emergency Department, Medical/Surgical units, Birth Center, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Psychiatric Medical Unit (PMU). An ideal candidate for this per diem hospital Social Worker position is a flexible, resourceful social worker who can confidently provide coverage across diverse inpatient and emergency care settings.

Minimum requirements: LLMSW in Michigan with at least 2-3 years of experience in a hospital or other relevant healthcare field
Preferred: 5+ Years of hospital or relevant healthcare experience
