Based in our St. Petersburg office, you'll serve as a critical resource for our employees—delivering hands-on technical support locally while providing remote assistance to team members across our other offices. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad technology landscape, from day-to-day troubleshooting to infrastructure administration and cybersecurity initiatives. REQUIREMENTS: End-User SupportDeliver first and second-tier technical support to Dynasty employees, both onsite and remotelyTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across workstations, mobile devices, printers, phones, and web conferencing toolsTranslate complex technical issues into clear, understandable guidance for non-technical usersSystems & Infrastructure AdministrationAssist with server administration tasks including user and group management, security permissions, group policies, and resource monitoring within Active Directory and Azure Active DirectoryConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot internal infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and security updatesMonitor datacenter and cloud environment health using existing tools; build, test, and maintain servers as neededMicrosoft Ecosystem ManagementAdminister and support Microsoft technologies including Exchange, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, and AutopilotTroubleshoot email issues such as bounce-backs, spam filtering, transmission failures, and mobile app configurationsAble to navigate and troubleshoot GenAI contentAsset & Lifecycle ManagementManage technology assets, deploy system images, and ensure compliance with firm policiesExecute onboarding and offboarding procedures, including workstation deployment and decommissioningSupport routine updates, patches, and hardware lifecycle planningSecurity & ComplianceAssist in monitoring, maintaining, and implementing cybersecurity policies and solutions across the internal environmentCollaboration & ProjectsPartner with external MSPs, hardware vendors, and software providers to resolve issues and implement solutionsCollaborate with internal departments on cross-functional technology initiativesTravel occasionally throughout the United States to support Dynasty network firms with IT projectsRespond promptly to critical incidents as needed Requirements REQUIREMENTS: Experience & Certifications1–2 years of experience in an internal IT support or Helpdesk roleCompTIA, Microsoft, and/or Cisco certifications are a plusTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of desktop hardware, operating systems, and diagnostic toolsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and mobile device configuration and supportExperience administering Microsoft 365 and related admin portalsFoundational knowledge of networking principles, including:Client-server architecture, switching, and TCP/IP protocols (DNS, WINS, DHCP, routing)CAT cabling, wireless security, and firewall technologiesOSI Model fundamentalsEntry-level Active Directory and/or Entra experience with the ability to perform basic user account administrationFamiliarity with troubleshooting network connections, web conferencing, and Wi-Fi issuesExposure to Fortinet and Cisco Meraki hardware is idealExperience with management tools such as NinjaOne, Intune, Microsoft 365 Admin Centers, and PowerShell are a plusProcess & Framework KnowledgeAbility to follow and execute process-driven workflowsFamiliarity with ITIL framework principles  BENEFITSHealth InsuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceRetirement plan 401(k)401(k) matchingPaid Time Off FSA/HSA benefits plansDisability benefitsVoluntary Life InsuranceBasic Life Insurance EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: Dynasty Financial...
