Group/Division The KLA Global Workplace Services (GWS) team is passionate about enabling the business goals and company culture through the delivery of workplace environments and services that foster teamwork, innovation and productivity. Our team runs a worldwide portfolio of over 3 million square feet, 135 sites and over 12,000 employees. In addition to ensuring the workspace and manufacturing facilities operate seamlessly, this group also provides employee and site services, such as cafeteria, transportation, security, and safety. The team is responsible for all construction and site improvement work to enable the business needs as well as align with the financial requirements. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Job Description Regulatory Compliance Management: o Conduct monthly reviews of local EHS regulations and perform gap analyses. o Track and follow up on mitigation actions to ensure timely closure. o Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure all KLA activities comply with applicable local laws and regulations. • Quarterly Occupational Safety and Health Committee Coordination: o Coordinating and communicating with meeting participants. o Leading the preparation and consolidation of EHS presentation materials. o Arranging meeting schedules, meeting rooms, and attendee sign-in logistics. o Preparing meeting minutes and tracking follow-up action items. o Handling other related matters as required. • License & Training Management o Manage all required licenses and certifications related to EHS: o Organize and deliver mandatory training programs to ensure workforce awareness and compliance. • OSH System Implementation: o Establish and maintain the OSH Management System in accordance with CNS 45001/ISO45001 standards. o Promote and drive OSH initiatives across the organization to foster a proactive safety culture. • Chemical Management: o Conducting periodic chemical inventory reporting and declarations. o Managing and regularly updating Safety Data Sheet (SDS) lists and revision versions. o Maintaining and managing hazardous substances inventories. o Implementing the Hazard Communication Program and ensuring chemical compliance management. • Procedure Development & Compliance o Develop and implement EHS-related procedures and ensure operational activities align with internal standards and external requirements. • Facility & Lab EHS Oversight: o Oversee EHS management for GWS facilities and ECI laboratories, ensuring safe operations and regulatory compliance. • Fire Safety Coordination: o Coordinate fire safety programs, including risk assessments, drills, and equipment inspections, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. • Waste Management: o Manage waste removal operations and liaise with waste disposal vendors. o Consolidate office recyclable waste volumes and report the data to the corporate system. • Reporting management and injury investigation: o Establish reporting procedure and reporting management o Investigation follow up and status tracking . • Support BU SAQ tracking and status follow-up. • Provide support for other duties and tasks as assigned by management. o Assisting with departmental administrative matters. o Coordinating and scheduling weekly meetings. o Other related assignments as required. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Must have hands-on experience in the implementation and operation of ISO 45001 systems. Class A Occupational Safety Management Personnel or Class A Occupational Health Management Personnel certification is required. Strong English presentation, writing, and communication skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Strong data consolidation and analytical skills, with the ability to integrate and prepare reports. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Class A Occupational Safety Management Personnel or Class A Occupational Health Management Personnel certification is required. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
