Accountabilities:
- Lead the global analyst relations strategy across core and emerging technology portfolios, ensuring consistent market leadership positioning and alignment with broader communications and product marketing priorities.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key industry analysts and consulting firms, managing briefings, inquiries, advisory sessions, and major analyst engagement programs.
- Drive end-to-end execution of major analyst evaluations and reports, coordinating closely with product marketing and executive leadership to ensure strong positioning and narrative consistency.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing guidance on messaging, preparing spokespeople, and ensuring high-impact communication in high-stakes analyst interactions.
- Lead and scale the analyst relations function, improving processes, team effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, and R&D.
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, including B2B SaaS, developer platforms, data infrastructure, or related fields, with significant exposure to analyst relations or strategic communications.
- Proven track record of leading global analyst relations programs and securing strong positioning in major industry reports such as Gartner, Forrester, or IDC.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, communicate persuasively, and operate effectively under pressure in high-visibility environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and market insights into clear strategic narratives.
- Strong business acumen and analytical capability to interpret market trends and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
