Hardware Testing Specialist

With continuous learning, career growth, and a supportive culture, IBM provides the opportunities to build expertise and shape the infrastructure that drives progress. **Your role and responsibilities** As part of the ATM Technical Support team at Zagreb, the Hardware Testing Specialist will be responsible for conducting physical tests on client´s ATMs and self-service devices located in the Zagreb lab, in close collaboration with the customer. The Testing Specialist will execute tests on ATM devices and verify that the outcomes align with the expected results. Any discrepancies identified during testing must be thoroughly documented and communicated to the client in accordance with defined processes. All communication and documentation are conducted in German, therefore advanced proficiency in both written and spoken German is required. Work is done during regular office hours. Due to the physical nature of the testing activities, the role requires on-site presence at the office. * Perform physical tests on ATMs and self-service devices in the Zagreb lab, following defined testing scenarios. * Accurately document and communicate test results in German. * Maintain regular communication with the customer and report testing outcomes. **Required technical and professional expertise** · Strong attention to detail. · Advanced German language skills (written and spoken). · High customer orientation with excellent communication skills. · Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills through self-study and formal training. · Strong team player with the ability to work independently. · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. · Demonstrated interest in technology and technical processes.
