Accountabilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of GTM systems and tools that support revenue operations, sales execution, and supply-side business initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business strategy and growth goals.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear system specifications, partnering with engineering and business technology teams to deliver scalable Salesforce-based solutions.
- Own and manage the GTM systems roadmap, prioritizing requests across sales, operations, and field teams while maintaining transparency on delivery timelines and progress.
- Collaborate closely with revenue operations and cross-functional stakeholders to define workflows, processes, and system improvements that enhance operational efficiency and revenue performance.
- Oversee execution across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring delivery quality, system integrity, and alignment with evolving GTM needs.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting, insights, and performance visibility across GTM tools and platforms.
- 6–8 years of experience in GTM systems, product ownership, or revenue operations roles supporting sales, onboarding, or customer success functions in complex organizations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce, with deep understanding of CRM architecture, system design principles, and scalable GTM infrastructure development.
- Proven experience building or scaling GTM systems for a new business unit within a larger, established organization, navigating both structure and ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to move from high-level business needs to detailed system requirements and successfully deliver production-ready solutions.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with engineers, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with messy data, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively when needed.
- Experience with GTM tools such as Gong, Mixmax, or similar platforms is a plus, along with familiarity with AI-enabled workflow tools and SQL.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience in systems, product, or operations roles.
- Competitive hourly compensation: 75 to 85 USD per hour
- Fully remote role within the United States, with PST preference
