Accountabilities:

    • Own end-to-end feature development, shipping production-ready full stack applications with clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to define, plan, and execute technical solutions.
    • Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
    • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, taking full ownership of bugs and ensuring long-term fixes.
    • Build and optimize human-centered user experiences with strong attention to usability, performance, and maintainability.
    • Continuously improve engineering practices by writing modular, testable, and self-documenting code.
    • Mentor peers, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Requirements:

      • 4+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade software systems.
      • Strong proficiency in full stack development, including backend (Node.js, Go, C#/.NET, or Java/Spring) and frontend (React.js or Vue.js).
      • Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript ecosystems.
      • Solid understanding of end-to-end system architecture, including databases, APIs, and server-side systems.
      • Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments with a strong bias toward execution and delivery.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers.
      • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and work through ambiguity.
      • Bonus: experience with React Native, GraphQL, DevOps, CI/CD, or web3 technologies.
