This role will serve as a key customer-facing technical leader, connecting Taiwan-based ODM/OEM ecosystem needs with Molex’s global engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and product capabilities.What You Will Do· Lead complex NPD programs for high-speed cable assemblies, connectors, power interconnects, and related data center platform solutions from concept through production readiness.· Engage deeply with customer engineering, system architecture, ODM/OEM design teams, and ecosystem partners to understand platform roadmaps, technical requirements, mechanical constraints, electrical performance needs, qualification requirements, and cost targets.· Translate customer and system-level requirements into clear product requirements covering mechanical architecture, cable routing, shielding and grounding, thermal paths, connector interfaces, materials, reliability, manufacturability, and high-speed electrical performance.· Partner with PDE, signal integrity, test, validation, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, operations, sales, and product management to alignscope, timing, risks, decisions, and deliverables.· Lead technical trade-off discussions across mechanical design, electrical performance, thermal performance, cost, manufacturability, quality, supply continuity, schedule, and customer risk.· Drive RFQ, quotation, sampling, design review, validation, qualification, and release activities with clear ownership and timely escalation.· Lead customer technical reviews using data and engineering judgment to explain design intent, trade-offs, validation results, failure analysis, corrective actions, and readiness.· Resolve complex technical issues related to mechanical fit, cable routing, retention, thermal performance, electrical validation, signal integrity, reliability, manufacturing, supplier quality, and customer qualification.· Capture voice-of-customer insights and feed them into product roadmaps, technology priorities, design rules, cost-reduction plans, and customer development strategies.· Represent Molex professionally in customer meetings, technical workshops, and regional ecosystem engagements.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent practical experience.· 5+ years of experience in new product development, product management, technical program management, technical marketing, application engineering, or customer-facing technical roles in electronics, interconnects, cables, connectors, data center infrastructure, server, storage, networking, or related markets.· Experience leading cross-functional development programs from concept through design, validation, qualification, and launch.· Ability to engage credibly in mechanical and electrical technical discussions with customer engineering teams and internal...
