Role Overview
This Pune-based role is suited for an early-career analyst with 2-4 years of experience who can support operational workflows, track data and issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams. You will help ensure that processes are executed consistently, exceptions are resolved quickly, and reporting is accurate and useful.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational processes and help keep work moving efficiently across teams.
- Analyze operational data, identify trends, and prepare reports or summaries for stakeholders.
- Track requests, issues, and exceptions through to resolution with clear follow-up.
- Assist with testing, validation, and implementation of process or system changes.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and handover notes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve process gaps and improve turnaround time.
- Contribute to routine reviews, dashboards, and performance tracking activities.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by highlighting recurring issues and proposing practical fixes.
How You Will Do It
- Own assigned tasks with accountability, follow established controls, and protect data integrity in every step of the process.
- Stay close to the work, understand the root cause of issues, and remove blockers quickly for internal customers.
- Use clear documentation, careful testing, and disciplined follow-through to reduce rework and improve consistency.
- Work collaboratively across teams, share information openly, and contribute with trust and a problem-solving mindset.
- Look for small improvements every day so the team can deliver faster, cleaner, and more reliable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in operations analysis, business operations support, IT operations, ERP support, or a similar analyst role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and support action plans.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort working with reports, spreadsheets, documentation, and operational tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a structured environment while maintaining attention to detail and timely follow-up.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to ERP, workflow, or service-support environments.
- Experience with Office 365 tools such as SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with UAT, incident management, hyper care, dashboards, or KPI tracking.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, or similar data query tools.
