Creative Production Student Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented, hands-on learner with a passion for cycling, and want to learn more about how a fast paced Creative and Marketing team works across brand storytelling, events, and campaign production. At Pas Normal Studios, we are looking for a Creative Production Student Assistant to support our Creative and Marketing team across campaigns, sample management, and day-to-day operations.
Your main objectives
Reporting to the Creative Producer, you will join the Creative & Marketing team, where your focus will be on supporting the production and operational processes that bring our brand and content to life. You will work closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure samples, logistics, and workflows run smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the sample archive — logging, tracking, and coordinating the movement of product samples across shoots, showrooms, and internal requests
• Supporting shoot production — assisting with prep, on-set logistics, and post-shoot wrap.
• Coordinating logistics for campaigns, events and content shoots, including booking support, travel arrangements, and equipment or prop sourcing
• Assisting with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks across the creative and marketing team
• Contributing to an understanding of how a cross-functional creative and marketing team operates — from annual planning and briefing through to execution and delivery

About you

• A passion for cycling and a genuine interest in our brand
• Experience or strong interest in sport, project management, production, fashion, or marketing — whether through study, internships, or personal projects
• Comfortable working across operational and logistical tasks with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Digitally literate, with confidence using project management or asset tracking tools (experience with Asana or similar is a plus)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
