Accountabilities:

    The Risk PMO Program Manager will own and execute strategic programs that support business growth, regulatory readiness, and operational excellence. This role requires strong program ownership, the ability to build scalable processes, and the capacity to influence teams across a global organization.

    • Lead high-priority global programs from strategy and planning through execution, tracking, change management, and successful delivery.
    • Build and improve operational frameworks, workflows, and systems that increase efficiency and drive measurable business outcomes.
    • Partner with risk, compliance, legal, product, engineering, data, and commercial teams to align priorities and ensure successful execution.
    • Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical strategies that support business growth and strengthen user trust.
    • Develop operating models that create accountability across distributed teams and enable effective cross-functional collaboration.
    • Prepare strategic updates, reviews, and recommendations for senior stakeholders while managing critical escalations.
    • Establish data-driven approaches to capture user feedback, identify operational gaps, and create continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Diagnose systemic challenges and implement scalable solutions that improve processes, infrastructure, and user experiences.
    • Champion a culture of ownership, operational rigor, collaboration, and customer-focused decision-making.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with strong program management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex initiatives in fast-paced environments. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and building solutions from the ground up.

      • 10+ years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, management consulting, or go-to-market strategy within high-growth environments.
      • Demonstrated experience independently managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs from initial strategy through execution.
      • Strong ability to communicate complex technical, operational, or regulatory topics clearly to executive and external audiences.
      • Proven experience designing and scaling cross-functional operating models, PMO frameworks, and process improvements.
      • Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to identify root causes and build sustainable solutions.
      • Experience collaborating with teams across product, engineering, legal, compliance, risk, or commercial functions.
      • Ability to use data, analytics, and reporting frameworks to support strategic decisions and measure program success.
      • Experience in technology, financial services, fintech, or similarly fast-moving industries is preferred.
      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling and stakeholder influence capabilities.
