This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in program management, a deep understanding of sales & operations, and the ability to communicate effectively with top management as well as regional teams, HR, tech etc.Job Title: Program Manager - BusinessEducation: MBA/PGDM or equivalent degreeExperience: 2+ years of experience preferably in sales and central roles.Location: BangaloreRole And ResponsibilitiesBusiness Planning:Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams (Category, Product, Finance, Marketing) to drive alignment and execution of business goals in line with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).Manage the end-to-end planning process, including development of business plans and targets, resource allocation, and cross-functional approval and alignment, ensuring all teams are aligned with business objectives.Oversee and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the field team and lead generation costs, in close coordination with the business design and finance teams.Program ManagementEstablish and maintain sales performance management tools and procedures (e.g., performance dashboards), and coordinate with tech and product for automated performance tracking.Monitor and review monthly/quarterly progress of critical initiatives and programs with field teams, presenting strategic insights to senior management.Develop and manage actionable data and dashboards, generating insights to drive key sales input metrics through regular review cadence with regional teams.Lead Sales and Operations engagement initiatives, including contests and gamification at the organizational level to drive motivation and performance.Design, develop, and implement Sales and Channel KPIs and incentive structures to drive performance and align with business goals.Serve as the custodian for productivity enhancement programs, implementing initiatives, incentives, engagement, and ensuring daily workforce tracking and rigor.Design and drive plans and initiatives around growth, scale-up in terms of productivity, overall engagement.Progress Monitoring And ExecutionEstablish robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the progress and performance for all initiatives and lifecycle.Regularly analyze program data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Work closely with Business Team on ground to highlight scope of improvement and take recurring feedback back to central teams for planningQualificationsMBA with 2+ years of experience preferably in sales and central roles.Strong project management skills with a track record of successful program implementation.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a...
