Accountabilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20+ employees, including frontline sales representatives and people leaders, to achieve commercial and clinical excellence
- Own regional business performance, including revenue growth, market share expansion, and achievement of financial targets
- Define and execute regional strategies aligned with national and organizational priorities
- Manage key customer relationships with hospitals, KOLs, and purchasing groups, including conducting business reviews and identifying growth opportunities
- Lead tender and RFP processes, ensuring competitive positioning and high-quality submissions
- Translate market insights into strategic business plans, including product launches and value-based solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, medical affairs, and other stakeholders to drive commercial initiatives
- Oversee portfolio performance and resource allocation to maximize growth opportunities
- Ensure strong clinical execution, including new technology rollout, training, and case coverage excellence
- Monitor business performance, adjust strategies as needed, and report results to senior leadership
- Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline aligned with leadership and compliance standards
- 8+ years of progressive business experience, ideally in sales, marketing, business development, or commercial leadership roles
- Proven experience leading teams and managing people leaders in a multi-layered organization
- Background in medical devices, healthcare, or electrophysiology is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of hospital environments, clinical workflows, and healthcare procurement processes
- Demonstrated success in delivering revenue growth and market share expansion in competitive markets
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies and execution plans
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging KOLs and senior healthcare decision-makers
- Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong business acumen with ability to balance strategy and operational execution
- Bachelor’s degree required (Health Sciences or related field preferred); MBA is an asset
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an advantage
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%
