Environmental Project Assessor - Experienced in Phase I ESA

Role responsibilities

Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with ASTM standards and EPA regulations. Collaborate with project managers and technical reviewers to ensure project success and draft clear ESA reports.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Biology, or a related field is required, along with 2+ years of experience writing Phase I ESAs. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, and a valid driver’s license is necessary for fieldwork.
