Trimble is looking for a strategic financial expert to guide our global provision, compliance, and M&A activities in an environment that celebrates growth and collaboration.What Makes This Role GreatYou will serve as a key financial leader, directly influencing Trimble's global tax strategy, guiding the U.S. Tax Operations team, and driving critical decision-making across complex domestic and international M&A transactions.Key Exciting ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end quarterly and annual global income tax provision process (ASC 740) and oversee SEC tax disclosures.Provide strategic forecasts and guidance regarding future effective tax rates and cash taxes to executive leadership.Drive U.S. federal and state compliance alongside comprehensive tax due diligence and post-acquisition integration for M&A activities.Manage, mentor, and develop the U.S. Tax Operations team to foster professional growth and operational excellence.Essential Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, with 12+ years of combined experience in a major public accounting firm and the technology industry.Extensive expertise in ASC 740, US GAAP, and fundamental US tax principles, including international, state, and local tax.Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to guide technical teams and communicate complex tax issues across all organizational levels.CPA - Certified Public Accountant LicenseBonus Points ForMaster’s degree in Taxation.Experience with AI applications in corporate tax functions.Logistics:Location: Westminster, CO or Sunnyvale, CATravel Requirement: 10%Why You'll Love Working With UsAt Trimble, we're not just a company that "does good"—we are a team dedicated to making a tangible, positive Real-World Impact.We build innovative solutions designed to solve the world's most critical challenges. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
