Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an OSS Improvement Manager (f/m) to join our Cabin Procurement Department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of the Cabin FAL Interface Back Office team dedicated to driving continuous improvement and supplier performance for the cabin perimeter. As part of this team, you will be involved in product/process quality monitoring and Rework Cost Validation (RCV) aiming at ensuring contractual compliance and operational efficiency across FAL sites.

Your challenges:

  • Lead Rework Cost Validation negotiations to determine liability for Non-Conformities between production and suppliers.

  • Drive cross-departmental continuous improvement projects to resolve recurring cabin product and process quality issues.

  • Design and monitor OSS contractual terms, reactivity performance targets and financial claim structures across programs.

  • Develop data-driven performance and budget reports using digital tools to support strategic purchasing and operations.

  • Define external coordination agreements and implement operational processes across global FAL sites.

Your boarding pass:

  • Professional experience in Procurement, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality or Operations within the aeronautics industry.

  • Academic background in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent field.

  • Technical proficiency in data analytics and digital reporting tools (Skywise, Looker Studio, G suite).

  • Proven expertise in cost negotiation, non-conformity liability validation and supplier contract oversight.

  • Fluent level in English.
